Our Sabatino Black Truffle Oi is rich with earthy flavours of black truffle that are blended with pure Olive Oil from Umbria in Italy.
Black truffle oil is great with any mushroom dish, pasta or risotto. Delicious over fresh pasta with sauteed mushrooms and garlic. Or stir through mashed potato or cauliflower puree.
It is great with scrambled eggs or drizzled over an omelette. Whenever you add this rich decadent oil you will give the dish that unique earthy flavour.

Sabatino Tartufi has been producing fine truffle products since its beginnings as a family company in a small village in Umbria, Italy in 1911. Now their prized products are sold world-wide.
