Brownie Box includes:
- Van Houten Dutch Cocoa Powder 250g
- Chef's Choice Organic Self Raising Flour (Unbleached) 500g
- Chef's Choice Organic Coconut Sugar 500g
- Chef's Choice Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil 500ml
- Chef's Choice Organic Coconut Milk 17% Fat 400 ml
- Chef's choice Organic Dark Chocolate Drops 70% 300g
- Chef’s Choice Pure Vanilla Extract 100mL
Dry ingredients
1.5 (170g) cups of Chef's Choice Organic Self Raising Flour (Unbleached)
1/3 cup (35g) an Houten Dutch Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) Chef's Choice Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup (55g) Chef's choice Organic Dark Chocolate Drops 70%
Wet ingredients
1/2 cup (8 tbsp/120ml) Chef's Choice Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
1/2 cup (120ml) Chef's Choice Organic Coconut Milk
2 eggs or 2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 6 tbsp water
1/2 tsp Chef’s Choice Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180*C
2. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with 6 tbsp of water. Set to one side while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. This will bring all the ingredients together and provide some extra moisture.
3. Place all the dry ingredients (apart from the chocolate chips) in a large bowl and mix well. Make sure everything is evenly distributed.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut milk, coconut oil, vanilla extra and the chia seeds or eggs. Melt the coconut oil before adding it to the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture of wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips, then transfer to a 9" square tin. Bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely before slicing.
